Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from this page, in two clicks. You keep access through the period you've paid for, and there are no fees.
What happens to my work if I downgrade?
Nothing. Stories, characters, and storybooks all stay yours. A smaller plan only means smaller monthly budgets.
What counts as a message?
One message from you, and everything the world does in response — narration, every character who speaks, the thinking behind them. A story chapter counts the same as a chat message. Paid allowances refresh in full every month (on annual plans, on your monthly anniversary date); Free starts at 75 and refreshes at 30.
What if I run out mid-cycle?
Buy a one-time message pack. Your plan allowance is spent first, and unused pack messages roll over between cycles and never expire.
What does Free actually include?
The full cast and both story modes — but characters live in the moment. Long-term memory, their inner thoughts, and their full canonical depth are Hero features: upgrade, and your characters start remembering you from the very next conversation.
Will these prices change?
They will rise once beta ends. Everyone subscribed before that keeps an equivalent or better plan at the price they joined at.
