This Disclaimer explains important limits on how you should use StorybookAI. It applies to the StorybookAI website, mobile apps, and related services operated by Novelty Technologies, LLC. It supplements our Terms of Service; the Terms control if the two documents conflict.

1. Creative and Entertainment Service

StorybookAI is a creative storytelling and entertainment service. Stories, characters, messages, images, suggestions, and other material available through the Services are not verified facts and should not be treated as a substitute for your own judgment.

2. AI-Generated Content

Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unsafe, or unexpected results. A generated result may resemble real people, places, events, or existing works by coincidence and may not reflect the views of StorybookAI. Review every result before you rely on, publish, or share it.

We use safeguards designed to reduce prohibited content, but no automated or human review system catches every issue. Report content that may be illegal or violate our Terms. For non-consensual intimate images, including AI-generated depictions, use our removal request process.

3. No Professional Advice

Nothing in the Services is legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, safety, educational, or other professional advice. Do not use a generated response to diagnose a condition, make a high-stakes decision, or handle an emergency. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your circumstances. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

4. Your Content and Decisions

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, instructions, and other material you submit, and for checking that you have the rights and permissions needed to use or share them. You are also responsible for how you use generated content. Do not assume that a result is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular audience merely because the Services produced it.

5. User and Third-Party Content

Public stories, characters, comments, ratings, and other user submissions express the views of their authors, not StorybookAI. We do not endorse every item made available by a member. Links, advertisements, app stores, payment providers, AI providers, and other third-party services are controlled by their operators and may have separate terms and privacy practices.

6. Availability and Changes

Features, content, prices, integrations, and availability may change. The Services may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, provider outages, security events, or other causes. Keep a separate copy of material you cannot afford to lose.

7. Warranties and Non-Waivable Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without a promise that they will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful components. The warranty disclaimers and liability limits in our Terms apply.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
